Why I Charge a Fixed Buyer’s Agent Fee
I choose to work on a fixed fee because it keeps things simple and transparent — and it keeps our interests perfectly aligned.
It removes any conflict of interest
My fee isn’t tied to the purchase price. That means my focus is exactly where it should be — helping you secure the right property at the best possible price and terms.
It’s about results, not hours
My fee isn’t based on time spent. It’s based on achieving the right outcome for you.
Some clients secure a property quickly. Others take a little longer. Either way, my level of care, strategy and commitment stays the same.
There are many hours of research, off-market conversations, property analysis, inspections and negotiation that happen behind the scenes. You’re not paying for a timesheet — you’re investing in experience, advocacy and a smooth, well-managed buying journey.
How My Fees Work
Engagement Fee
An upfront part-payment of the agreed fixed fee. This is payable when you sign the Agency Agreement and allows me to begin working for you straight away. The engagement fee is non-refundable.Success Fee
The remaining balance of the fixed fee, payable within 7 days of exchange of contracts.GST
All fees quoted are inclusive of GST.
