Buyers Agent Associate – Full Time

About the Role
Exciting opportunity alert! Join our dynamic team and work closely with our Director to develop the essential skills for a rewarding career in one of Australia's fastest-growing and most lucrative industries—Buyer's Agents.

No two days are the same, but your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending open homes and auctions (on weekdays and Saturdays)

  • Meeting clients to discuss their property needs and preferences

  • Conducting property due diligence, including researching comparable sales and council planning

  • Reviewing strata and building reports and advising clients on risks

  • Making calls to local sales agents to source properties

  • Creating engaging content for our weekly newsletter, website, and social media channels

  • Networking with industry professionals and partners

This role is designed to serve as a pathway to becoming an Associate Director at PWP. As you grow within the role, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills, expand your professional network, and access ongoing industry-wide training and support. Technical Requirements

  • You must hold a current NSW Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence.

  • You need a vehicle

What Else You Need to Know

  • The role is 100% commission-based. While this may seem daunting at first, rest assured—it’s about delivering results for clients, not just clocking in hours. (We’ve made the leap ourselves, and it’s worth it!)

  • The role offers the flexibility to work from home or another suitable location, but you must be based in Sydney, as attendance at property inspections on short notice is required (most of our clients are based in the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West).
