Tella Balls Dessert Bar; this is just heaven. As someone who loves ice cream, and loves dessert, Tella Balls is to die for.
A small little section borders onto the Cooks River, but regardless the proximity to the walking/cycling paths along the river is fantastic.
The Light Rail; love it or hate it, it does give Dulwich Hill another easy way to access the city. Especially convenient if wanting to head up to Tramsheds in Glebe or Pyrmont.
